A permanent home for STEM in Gilgit-Baltistan
A building that stays open throughout the year, in Hunza. Four zones under one winterised, solar-powered roof.
Ability was never the constraint. Infrastructure is.
Gilgit-Baltistan produces capable students, then loses them to a broken pipeline and a closed door for women.

A narrow sense of what is possible
A building that stays open throughout the year
Purpose-built, four zones, on a 25-year land lease
With 20 kWh storage and hybrid inverters
Insulation, double glazing and heating throughout

A five-course pathway: curious, to capable, to building
- 01
CAD — Parametric Design & Analysis
Design theory and material selection through SolidWorks modeling and stress analysis.
- 02
Electronics & Embedded Systems
Circuits, microcontrollers and sensors, where CAD becomes a functioning device.
- 03
STEM Racing
Entry into the F1-endorsed international STEM Racing competition, run in 60+ countries.
- 04
AI-Assisted Programming
Modern AI tools used the way working engineers actually use them.
- 05
Mechatronic Project
The cohort takes a real-world challenge and applies everything it has learned to build a feasible solution.
Students come to Hunza from across Pakistan
The STEM Racing lab is open to students nationally through a paid fifteen-day immersion. City students work alongside Hunza students; the fees reinvest into free places for the valley. Every cohort, every competition entry and every hosted event carries the hub’s name — and the sponsor’s — to schools and families well beyond Gilgit-Baltistan.

What the Trustee will have stood behind by 2036
Free places for Gilgit-Baltistan students, growing from 50–75 in cohort one
Students travelling to Hunza on the national immersion track
Target share of places held for girls and young women
Student ventures supported through the incubation sandbox
Each year the sponsor receives a written impact report: cohort intake and completion, projects built, competition results, girls’ participation, and photography cleared for their own reporting.
Figures are projections modelled on the published three-year roadmap and its regional expansion, not results to date.
